MODERN & VERSATILE DESIGN: The walk-in freestanding bathtub offers an ultra-low step-in threshold at just less than 4 inches that provide a very short step to enter your bath.

Featuring 100% glossy white acrylic and a contemporary stand-alone design that complements any bathroom décor. The ergonomic control knobs are designed for simplicity and ease.

The outside of the walk-in bath is equipped with a surrounding handrail built into the rim of the bath. This way, you have a stable grip at all times during your bath. Another grab bar is installed inside the bath for added stability and safety while sitting, standing, and bathing.

The walk-in freestanding bathtub offers an extra-wide door that is at least 20% wider than other walk-in baths and opens all the way into the bath.

PREMIUM QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: The Acrylic Freestanding walk-in tub contains an integrated seat, allowing the average adult bather to submerge in water up to their shoulders, which creates a relaxing feel for extended soaks. 

ALL-IN-ONE SET UP

Along with the cabled left side drain, Overflow, Faucet, Knobs, and Showerhead, EMPV-WIT373 accessories are pre-drilled and pre-installed for a convenient and easy installation process. General Returns

With certain exceptions*, you may contact our customer service team to ask for a return for an item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus return shipping). Returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s): 

  • Must be in resalable condition 
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects 
  • Must not have been installed 
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing. 
  • Must not be missing pieces

Defective Returns

You may ask for a return for most defective items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Once a return has been set up and the item has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.

 

To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:

  • Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed
  • An incorrect item was received

1. How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 30 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 31 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) have been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

2. Which items are eligible for a return?

Most items can be returned within the stated time frame for a refund.

To qualify for a general return, the item:

7. How do I send my return?

We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment. Within 30 days of receiving the goods, please contact our customer service team (Support@ibathtub.com) and we will provide free service; outside of 30 days of receiving the goods, you can also contact our customer service team if it is due to product quality issues.

8. How do I cancel an order?

Because our orders process quickly, there is a very short period of time in which an order can be canceled. It may be possible to request a cancellation before an order ships by contacting our customer service team.

9. When should I expect my refund?

For most general or defective returns, we will process your credit once we have confirmation that the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Please allow 5 to 10 business days following delivery to our warehouse for credits to be issued. Refunds will be issued per our return policy.

For refused shipments, damaged shipments, and freight claims filed within two (2) business days of receipt, a credit will be issued as soon as possible. However, please allow 5 to 10 business days to complete processing.

10. My purchase was damaged in transit. How do I return it, request a replacement, and/or file a claim? 

You can contact our customer service team. In the description please provide as much detail as possible of the damage. You will be prompted to upload three (3) photographs of the damage.

  • If you notice damage while the carrier is on-site, DO NOT take possession of the damaged product(s). Instead, take a picture of the damage, gather copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. Next, contact the customer service team.
  • If you notice damage after delivery (concealed damage), take pictures of the damage, complete the return online, or contact the appropriate customer service team. Items shipped via ground shipping must be reported within 30 days. Freight carriers only allow two (2) business days after delivery to file a freight claim. You may set up a claim online through your account.

We will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects after the product has been installed or altered.

11. I did not receive all my products. What do I do? 

There are occasions when an order is shipped from multiple locations and will arrive at different times. In the event that all material is not delivered, please contact our customer service team.

12. My purchase was lost in transit, what should I do?

In case of a lost shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

If the return is due to product quality, Empava will pay for it; if the return is due to the customer's personal preference, the customer will pay for it.

 

Defective Appliance Returns

If you receive a defective appliance product, you will need to contact the manufacturer. All warranty service for customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased. Please check your owner's manual for the customer service number of the manufacturer.

Damaged Appliance Returns

If the item is found to be damaged during shipping, and you notice the damage upon delivery or inspection, do not sign for or take possession of the item. If delivery is accepted but concealed damages are noticed within 48 hours, take pictures of the box and product(s). Carriers only allow two business days to file a freight claim. Contact our customer service team immediately to report the damage.

Returns:

1: If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support via email at (support@ibathtub.com) or telephone (888 682-8882) Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm PST to request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.

2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return address's for different products.

3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.

4: If an item is found to be damaged in shipping. Do not accept or sign for the product. Simply refuse the package with the carrier and contact our customer support asap.

We bought this for our Father as he could not lift his legs to get in a standard tub. This is a very nice tub for the money. Installation was straightforward if you have an alcove they give you panels to fit in opening.. Overall very nice tub.

Perfect walk in tub

Perfect walk in tub for a renovation project! My space was somewhat limited as I put the tub in the previous shower location. It was part of a complete bathroom makeover! Fit like a glove, easy hook up, and a great addition!

Absolute amazing. A little expensive. For my taste but I needed it. I can no longer get in and out of the shower by myself, so it worked perfectly. It has all the bells and whistles.

A great walk in tub

The tub is great. We needed to widen two doors to be able to install the tub. We were going to do that anyway to make the bath handicap accessible. My wife love that the water stays warm. The jets are great.
