    For a general return, we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of return shipping costs and the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account.     No flexibile drain

    Its a beautiful tub. Gives me pleasure just to look at it everyday.
    The only reason for loss of one star is it did not come with a flexible drain hose as they showed.
    It required cutting through the floor directly below the drain.

The product is just what we expected. We'll update the review once we've installed it and have a chance to use it. The shipping box was quite robust and secured the items very well.
