How does one clean an outdoor hot tub?
- Drain and Refill Regularly - Draining and refilling your hot tub every 3-4 months is recommended to remove built up dirt, oils, and other contaminants. When refilling, replace filters and treat with hot tub cleaning chemicals.
  
  Use Hot Tub Surface Cleaners - Special hot tub surface cleaners help break up oil and residue buildup on the tub's interior. Apply to surfaces and wipe clean. Avoid abrasive scouring pads which can damage the tub.
  
  Clean Filters Frequently - Hot tub filters accumulate oils, minerals, and debris quickly. Remove and spray filters with the jet setting on your hose monthly and let fully dry before replacing. Soak in filter cleaner regularly as well.
  
  Remove and Clean Jets - Unscrew hot tub jets to access and remove mineral deposits and dirt buildup from the air channels with a small brush. Soak jet housing in white vinegar and rinse before reattaching.
  
  Scrub Off Calcium Deposits - Use a pumice stone on a weekly basis to scrub off any calcium or limescale buildup on hot tub surfaces. A 50/50 vinegar and water solution also helps dissolve mineral deposits.
